For ordering in our online shop and the use of special areas (price list download etc.) a customer account is necessary, which will be created for you after registration. The data will only be passed on to third parties for the purpose of fulfilling customer orders (e. g. forwarding the delivery address to the shipping company). NEWSLETTER

If you are interested in our newsletter with special offers and product news, please contact your contact person at MediaCom. Subscription to our emailings can be terminated at any time. For this purpose, there is a link in each issue that leads to a deregistration form. Alternatively, you are also welcome to inform us by other means that you no longer wish to receive any further issues. Our newsletters do not contain a tracking function.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

You have the right and the possibility to control your personal data stored by us at any time. DELETION PERIODS

The personal data stored by us will only be kept for the period of time necessary to achieve the purpose of storage. This does not affect any legally prescribed storage periods. After expiry of the specified storage periods or in the event of the expiry of the storage purpose, the data will be deleted or locked in accordance with the applicable regulations.

JOB APPLICATIONS

Applicants can send us their application documents by email via the "Jobs" section of our website. If there is a hiring during the application process, the data transmitted will be stored within the framework of the employment relationship in compliance with legal regulations. In case of a rejection the transmitted data will be deleted after 6 months. The records are kept locked until they are deleted.

LEGAL BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING

The processing of personal data is based on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (BDSG). The collection, storage and processing of personal data is carried out exclusively on the basis of our business activities and in this sense on a partnership-based cooperation with our customers, suppliers and interested parties.
